Antica Spezieria di Brera - Red Tobacco Room Fragrance

In the apothecaries of yore, tobacco held a unique role, appreciated not only for its recreational use, but also for its medicinal qualities. Snuff tobacco, ground into fine powders, was considered a remedy for ailments such as headaches and congestion, as well as representing a distinguishing mark in intellectual circles. Among its admirers was Alessandro Manzoni, a frequent visitor to the Antica Spezieria in Brera, who made it a daily habit.

Tabacco Rosso and Tabacco Bianco draw inspiration from this cultural heritage, reinterpreting the role that tobacco played in apothecaries in a contemporary key through two home fragrances.
